DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Meticulous and results-driven, you have extensive experience in ground-up ultra-luxury residential building, with a strong focus on structural integrity and high-end finishes, particularly in condo buildouts and renovations.
- Proven experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent with at least two completed projects valued at $5 million or more
- Skilled in overseeing project plans, timelines, and financials, managing inspections, addressing issues, and ensuring safety compliance, preferably with a 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Experienced with Procore and up-to-date construction management software for reporting
