Looking for an active and self-motivated Commercial Superintendent. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence in construction.

Role Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

Strong Knowledge of all trades - technical trade understanding, building codes, trade sequencing

Ability to make a detailed project schedule

Ability to do construction trade layouts

Strong communicator

Digital plan reading

Coachable team player

Strong task manager with ability to work without supervision

Able to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts and specifications

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily assistance with management of jobsite and subcontractors

Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety protocols

Qualify subcontract change orders and related documentation

Completion of project within scheduled timeframe

Make sure project conforms to plans, specifications and quality workmanship

Timely communication of project status, changes, issues, solutions

Daily progress photos and record keeping

Reviewing plans and blueprints

Coordinate and verify all close out documents
