Cedar Park Group is hiring a Construction Supervisor to lead the final stages of a housing project. We're looking for someone with experience managing large-scale residential builds ($10M+), especially steel or structural frame apartment/condo developments.

Project Highlights:

• 63-unit residential project across two buildings
• Includes a 5,000 sq. ft. daycare space
• Currently starting interior finishes
• Geothermal mechanical system & green roof

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
• Oversee interior finish work and system installations
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and NY HCR standards
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction supervision on $10M+ projects
• Structural/steel frame build experience
• Affordable housing and NY HCR knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
