We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal General Contractor in the Nashville area, to find a Superintendent. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Duties:

• Overseeing all activities on construction projects with new building construction and demolition activities
• Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
• Verify construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications
• Enforcing construction site rules and safety
• Prepare and manage a construction schedule

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Experience leading Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
• VA and/or Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred
• CQM-C certification is a plus
• Must be willing to travel
