We are an award-winning custom home builder based in St. Louis, Missouri seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will oversee construction projects, in-house labor and schedule/manage subcontractors to ensure our projects meet client specifications and are completed in a timely manner. What we offer:

• Competitive Compensation Package: $66,000-$95,000 (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors.
• Quickly assess and efficiently resolve problems and unique situations.
• Oversee in-house labor to be efficient and productive to ensure jobsites have a clean marketable appearance, and are always ready for subs.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors on-site ensuring the plans, specifications, start, and color sheets are properly followed.
• Order materials in a timely fashion and create an ideal work environment to enhance teamwork.
• Coordinate and implement plan changes and updates, while communicating with the corresponding trade and or subcontractor.
• Monitor shop tools, materials, inventory and company equipment.
• Closely track progress on all projects daily and report findings to the construction manager.

We’re it, if this is you:

• Three years’ proven experience in the construction of new custom-built homes.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and local building codes.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Builder Trend software preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
• Own and operate a half-ton pick-up truck. Safely pull and back-up a trailer.
• Valid driver’s license.
