    SES Civil and Environmental LLC (SCE) is growing! We are seeking an experienced Federal Superintendent/Quality Control Manager to join our SCE team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure the quality and production of work align with contract specifications. • Manage and coordinate all project activities, including planning, budgeting, and direction. • Communicate daily with the Project Manager and Owner as needed. • Coordinate field activities with subcontractors, contractors, inspectors, and AHJ. • Attend pre-construction conferences and relevant meetings to ensure project alignment. • Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to track progress. • Review subcontractor scopes of work and budgets. • Monitor and maintain the project schedule to prevent delays. • Supervise on-site equipment usage and logistics. • Ensure compliance with national and local building codes. • Conduct quality control meetings, inspections, and testing. • Develop and implement quality control plans following project guidelines. • Certify submittals comply with contract requirements. • Review plans and specifications to confirm construction requirements are met. • Provide evaluations and assistance to staff and subcontractors. • Ensure all testing is conducted by approved facilities. • Take timely corrective actions to address issues. • Submit necessary reports to environmental agencies. • Conduct inspections and submit as-builts for finished projects. Qualifications: • QCM-C certification. • OSHA 30 certification. • Experience managing USACE (United States Army Core of Engineers) projects. • Experience with Procore and RMS. • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF. • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Working Conditions: Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
