Construction Superintendent – Restoration

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with experience in large-scale restoration projects including concrete restoration, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting, etc. For projects in Dade County, WE PAY FOR EXPERIENCE, compensation is EXTREMELY competitive, and negotiable based on experience.

For the past 30 years, our client is one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Florida who specializes in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting and more.

Ideal candidates should have 2 years plus experience leading construction projects as a Superintendent. Able to understand contracts, must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control to develop and update to ensure completed on time. Experience with change orders and “As-Built” process. Coordinate site inspections and inspect work progress, ensure QC is maintained and specifications are met. Must be a great communicator with the ability to motivate a team. High Rise experience a MUST and experience in concrete, stucco, waterproofing restoration.

To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience as minimum requirement Construction or Engineering degree Preferred.
  
• Candidates Local or Regional to Miami, FL are preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Construction Superintendent
  
• Experience in large scale projects
• High-Rise experience
•  Commercial Restoration experience – concrete, stucco, waterproofing
• Great communicator with ability to motivate a team. A clean appearance and positive attitude are a must.
  
• Able to read blueprints, bar-graph schedules and have document imaging experience or be a fast learner. Procore and Bluebeam experience a PLUS.
  
• Experience with change orders
• Experience maintaining “As-Built” drawings for final submittal.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Outlook
