Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects located in Farmville, VA, 23901. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a PM, Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of Construction Management
• Proficient in Blueprint Reading
