What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction

Deep knowledge of all trades – technical understanding, building codes, sequencing

Scheduling & Layout Skills – Confident in creating detailed project schedules and trade layouts

Effective Communication – A team player who’s strong at relaying information digitally and in person

Adaptable & Coachable – Ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our shared success

Self-Starter – Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision

Plan-Savvy – Comfortable reading and interpreting plans, contracts, and specs

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Assist with daily management of jobsite and subcontractors

Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain top-notch safety standards

Evaluate subcontractor change orders and related documentation

Complete projects within schedule and budget

Maintain quality workmanship that meets or exceeds plans and specifications

Provide timely communication about project status, changes, and solutions

Keep detailed daily records and progress photos

Review plans and blueprints to confirm accuracy

Coordinate and verify all close-out documents
