Responsibilities:
Supervise installations and manage contractors for industrial equipment projects.
Ensure quality control for fabrication, mechanical, and electrical contractors.
Enforce safety policies and complete mandatory site safety training.
Provide technical and phone support to technicians, vendors, and customers.
Manage site safety, schedule, inventory, and troubleshoot issues.
Oversee structural steel installation and large industrial equipment setups.
Maintain clean and compliant construction sites, adhering to all standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
Travel frequently to job sites, with 25% office presence as required.
Write trip reports and utilize company software to support operations.
