Our client is looking for a talented Construction Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of our projects, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Your Role As a Construction Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of project success. Working alongside a Construction Coordinator, Permitting Specialist, and Project Planning Team, you’ll develop detailed project plans, oversee on-site operations, and uphold our commitment to superior craftsmanship.

    What will you do?

? Lead On-Site Operations – Oversee all project phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

? Plan Strategically – Develop project schedules and action plans that align with project goals and financial constraints.

Collaborative & Growth-Focused Environment – Access to executive mentorship, annual team summits, and extensive resources to develop your construction capabilities.

Industry leading design-to-build process – Our proprietary planning and build process is efficient, supportive, and allows Supervisors to get the most out of their day. ?? Project control and connection – You own the project, timeline, and relationships with our trade partners from project kick-off to completion.  No sales or design requirements – Sales and design are handled before you start the project (no additional selling required, they already love you).

    What are we looking for?

Strong Communication & Conflict Resolution Skills – Ability to handle challenges with professionalism and diplomacy.

Situationally Aware & Adaptable – Anticipate project dynamics and adjust strategies as needed.
