We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Supervisor to join our team and drive growth across our market.

    Position Overview: As the Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in assisting Reconstruction and Core Claims Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating project activities, facilitating communication within project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the development of project plans.

    Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members, sub vendors and customers.

    Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project managers.

    Maintain clear and consistent communication within project teams.

    Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and status updates.

    Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to perform their tasks effectively.

    Assist in managing subcontractors or external vendors.

    Build and maintain positive relationships with home and business owners who experienced the loss.

    Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner.

    Assist in the procurement of project-related materials and services.

    Prepare and submit project-related invoices and expense reports.

    Qualifications:

    Associates degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent related experience

    2+ years of previous building experience preferred

    5 years work experience in construction project management preferred.

    Dwelling contractor, dwelling contractor qualifier, OSHA 10 HR recommended, Lead Safe Renovator preferred

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

    Highly organized and able to multi-task

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and our main software programs; RMS (Nextgear), Xactimate and Symbility
