Position Overview:

We seek a driven Construction Supply Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the concrete construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand strategic accounts through field engagement and networking.
• Manage, mentor, and train a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Drive customer growth year-over-year.
• Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and lead generation.
• Ensure accurate processing of quotes and sales orders.
• Prepare proposals and budgets, analyzing labor costs and summarizing in a report.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective CRM use and collaboration.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
• Oversee operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials distribution.
• 2+ years of sales team management experience.
• Knowledge of the concrete construction industry and regulations.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and analytical skills.
