Note: The Construction Technician is not an entry-level position therefore training for essential skills will not be provided. The ideal applicant should possess ten or more years of experience and the skills listed below at the time they apply. Seeking an individual familiar with multiple trades.

Candidates must possess the following skills:
Measure, mark, and cut panels according to the scope of work using tape measures, straight edges, utility knives, and power saws
Secure and hang panels with glue, nails, screws
Patch, trim, and smooth out any rough edges or spots
Apply tape and sealing compound as needed
The ability to match existing texture is essential
Sand areas as necessary for a smooth, seamless finish
Prepare and paint walls and other surfaces as directed by the scope of work
Familiarity with minor electrical work
The ability to complete minimal plumbing tasks correctly
Experience with varying types of finish work
Experience with plumbing
Familiarity with industry-specific tools is required
Ability to lift 80 pounds
Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background screening, insurable driving record, and pre-employment drug screening
