Responsibilities

Perform demolition tasks, including tearing down structures, clearing debris, and preparing job sites for new construction.

Operate tools and equipment such as sledgehammers, jackhammers, and excavators (if licensed).

Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and the surrounding area.

Sort and dispose of materials appropriately, including recycling when required.

Assist with site cleanup and ensure job sites are safe and organized.

Work alongside supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in demolition or construction preferred but not required.

Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting, working in dusty environments, and handling physically demanding tasks.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of job site safety practices and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.

Skills: Familiarity with demolition tools and equipment is a plus.

Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
