CMU Masonry and Construction Workers - Mosquero Combined Schools Rebuild Project

About Us: We are a trusted contractor specializing in state-funded construction projects in Northeast New Mexico. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, compliance with industry standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Position Overview: We are hiring two construction workers for the Mosquero Combined Schools Rebuild project in Mosquero, NM. Tasks will include CMU masonry, fiberglass insulation, fence erection, and selective demolition. This is a state-funded project with prevailing wage requirements.

Starting Wage Rates:

Unskilled Laborer: $28.40/hr ($20.44 Base wage + $7.96 fringe pay)

Skilled Laborer: $29.40/hr ($21.44 Base wage + $7.96 fringe pay)

Experienced Stone Mason: $38.02/hr ($27.03 Base wage + 10.99 fringe pay)

Please note: These positions and wage rates are tied to the project and will remain in effect only for the duration of the Mosquero Combined Schools Rebuild project, which is anticipated to last approximately one year.

Job Requirements:

Experience in commercial construction is preferred but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to Mosquero, NM.

Adherence to workplace safety standards.
