    **Position Summary : **

    ****Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by group of IIT alumni. Lumenci's mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team to help us deliver high quality products and services to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own high-quality delivery of patent analysis and IP monetization research, including but not limited to, technology due diligence, market research, target scouting, infringement analysis, digital forensics
    • Design test benches and reverse engineer various functionalities using industry standard tools and/or custom built tools
    • Be a go-to expert for technical matters at Lumenci
    • Establish and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients and be an evangelist for Lumenci services and products
    • Identify and develop relationships with a network of labs for Lumenci's product testing and Reverse Engineering services
    • Work with product teams to advise in the development & testing of Lumenci's technology platforms
    • Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports
    • Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams
    • Travel as needed for internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences, source code reviews, depositions, trials etc.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, microelectronics, circuit design, and IC fabrication through coursework and/or industry experience
    • Prefer candidates with two or more years of hands-on experience with operating SEM, TEM, EDX, AFM and other analytical tools in cleanroom/fab environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (publications are a strong plus)
    • Ability to think critically, learn fast and work independently under tight deadlines

    Preferred Work Experience:

    • ****At least 7 years of experience working in a relevant technical role
    • At least 5 years of experience working in Intellectual Property industry
    • Experience of working as a project manager or team leader guiding technical teams
