Responsibilities: • Onboard new clients • Attend Meeting of Creditors for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 • Attend Court hearings • Communicate with clients • Communicate with the courts • Communicate with the trustees • Follow up with clients for documents • Review Petition and Schedules • Analyze clients' financial situations • Provide Solutions to Clients • Prepare Motions and Briefs • Must be organized • Must have good communication skills • Must be willing to seek self-improvement • Must be willing to want a career in bankruptcy Qualifications: • Successful completion of the bar exam • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
