Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Business analyst for our client in Houston, TX . The Business Operations Analyst will focus on day-to-day program monitoring, ensuring that key areas—such as call center services, customer service, collections, and image review—meet or exceed performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for call center services, customer service, collections to ensure that service levels meet or exceed the expectations outlined in SLAs. Escalate issues when thresholds are not met. 
• Translate raw operational data into actionable insights for leadership. Present findings that highlight trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization in clear, concise reports. 
• Provide in-depth analysis and summaries for executive reports, focusing on critical performance metrics, variances from goals, and areas needing attention. Assist leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions. 
• Identify and recommend operational improvements by analyzing daily performance metrics. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the quality of service provided. 

Experience Needed:

Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management.

Call center experience is preferred.

Must be local to Houston, TX
