    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Manager to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration Corporate in Madison, WI. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center

    Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met

    Train, mentor, and motivate contact center staff

    Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve customer issues

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in a contact center or customer service management role

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

    Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
