Inbound Sales Representative Training Hours: 9:30a-6p EST Production Hours Have Potential to Expand in 6 months to: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST; SAT 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST Location: Work at Home About The Inbound Sales Representative: The Inbound Sales Representative will convert inbound calls into sales. Our agents will answer an incoming call from a new appliance buyer to register their manufacturer warranty which opens the discussion to "upsell" them to our client's warranty, which their manufacturer's warranty will not cover. The sales agent then also attempts to sell the warranty products to the customer's other appliances in the house. Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls and sell them on our client's warranty. * Ability to clearly promote, convey benefits and sell client product(s) * Establish, develop, and maintain positive rapport with customer * Ability to "Upsell" customers * Ability to assist customers in understanding the product(s) being sold * Ability to provide rebuttals to customers questions/concerns, to ensure sales are made *
