SUMMARY: To provide exceptional customer service to the Architectural Design community and professionally represent Crossville Studios products through informative and engaging presentations creating sales opportunities. The product offering consist of Porcelain, Ceramic, Natural Stone, Quarry, Specialty Tiles and Allied Products. Crossville Studios sales representatives must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Crossville’s core values and collaborate with the team to achieve our mutual sales goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Consistently exemplify our stated core values: Family, Respect, Integrity, Partnership, Improvement
· In partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, identify A&D firms in your geographic market and develop strong business relationships throughout the construction process that bring mutual benefit. Contacts will include A&D principals, architects, interior design, general contractors, contractors and end users.
· Effectively schedule and execute appropriate daily/weekly sales calls with project orientation mindset to provide viable solutions and value to the customer and drive sales revenues.
· Maintain A&D libraries with Crossville Studios product offerings.
· Effectively utilize construction market intelligence, such as, Dodge Data and CRM to facilitate market awareness, project tracking and account management.
· Effectively and actively participate in regularly scheduled project tracking meetings.
· Maintain high level of awareness and knowledge of market dynamics, customers focus and needs, project awareness, product and competition.
· Actively participate in appropriate industry organizations (i.e. IIDA, ASID, AIA, NKBA etc.)
· Maintain Project Registrations
· Actively pursue regional and or national accounts.
· Provide appropriate reports, such as, requested call reports/weekly updates, expense reports, etc. to Sales Management.
· Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly territory reviews with Sales Management.
· Meet and exceed all established sales goals

· Standing, walking, bending and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions.
· Bending, crouching, and lifting.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Working in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold) when visiting customers and clients

· BS/BA degree preferred

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
8 am – 5 pm
All includes a one-hour lunch.
TRAVEL:
Significant travel within designated geographic territory.
