    Job Description

     

    Multiple job-seekers are needed for a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position in WILMINGTON, DE! As the Funder, you will primarily be responsible for entering data and responding to dealer inquiries. This is a full time, open-ended contract position.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

    • Handling phone calls and various administrative duties.
    • Preparing AHFC contract packages, accurately entering data, and working with dealers.
    • Reviewing and preparing paperwork, ensuring it is all complete and accurate.
    • Correcting any dealer errors.
    • Ensuring timely follow-up.
    • Processing credit department check requisitions.
    • Performing research as needed

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE:

    • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Flexible and able to work weekend hours if necessary
