We’re seeking a Content & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital storytelling and community building. You’ll shape our digital voice across blog posts, social campaigns, and email sequences that attract new prospects and nurture client relationships. You’ll own the editorial calendar, collaborate with coaching, sales, and creative teams, and leverage analytics to optimize performance. Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Produce and refine blog posts, social updates, email copy, and lead magnets; maintain the content calendar. • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute growth plans for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram; engage with followers and monitor brand sentiment. • Email Marketing: Configure and manage campaigns and automation in Mailchimp (or similar), ensuring effective segmentation and performance tracking. • Multimedia Editing: Edit short-form video and audio clips for social channels and online courses. • Graphic Design: Create on-brand visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement metadata updates to boost content discoverability. • Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks within project management tools to meet deadlines and keep projects on schedule. Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in content marketing and social media management. • Exceptional storyteller, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content. • Deep knowledge of social best practices—algorithms, hashtags, video specs. • Proficient with CMS (Webflow) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer). • Graphic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus. • Skilled at interpreting Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email metrics. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Thrives in a small-company setting and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
