    Position Summary :

    The Content Capture Specialist captures and produces high-quality visual content, including real estate photography, videography, and drone footage, to meet client needs and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing visual assets, editing photos, ensuring compliance with drone regulations, collaborating with the creative team to develop content strategies, and communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences. The role also involves participating in project planning and contributing to content strategy discussions to ensure alignment with client goals.

    About the Role :

    As our new Content Capture Rockstar, you'll be responsible for:

    • Capturing high-quality visual content, including professional real estate photography, videography, drone footage, and environmental shots at client locations.
    • Utilizing various tools such as professional cameras, iPhones, and drones to ensure diverse and engaging content.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant drone regulations and safety standards during operations.
    • Overseeing the capture, organization, and secure storage of all visual assets, uploading them to company servers for easy access and management.
    • Editing and enhancing professional photographs to meet the highest quality standards, aligning with client branding and aesthetic preferences.
    • Maintaining open communication with the team regarding project status, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative content ideas and strategies.
    • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Participating in team meetings and contributing to project planning sessions, providing input on content strategy and production.
    • Performing all other duties as assigned.

    • You're a visual mastermind with a passion for capturing stunning real estate visuals.
    • You've got hands-on experience with professional photography equipment, drones, and photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
    • You're a drone expert, particularly with DJI models, and know how to navigate drone regulations with ease.
    • You're tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

    Required Education and Experience :

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required/preferred

    • 2+ years of marketing or sales experience

    • Experience filming short-form video content is required

    • Experience editing high-quality real estate photography is required

    • Experience filming drone videography and photography is required

    • Experience with content ideation is ideal

    Required Skills / Abilities :

    • Operating professional real estate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and necessary accessories.
    • Proficiently operate drones, particularly DJI models, to capture high-quality aerial footage and photos.
      • Ensure compliance with drone regulations and safety protocols, maintaining situational awareness to avoid obstacles.
    • Professional photo editing software (ex. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Skylum Luminar Neo)
    • ClickUp
    • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc)
    • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred
    • Experience using a CRM platform is preferred
    • Understanding of Mac OSX and iPhone iOS for business
    • Effective leadership and coaching skills

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effective time management, project coordination, and ability to meet multiple deadlines
    • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to handle feedback

    Physical Requirements :

    • This is a hybrid role with required travel. While there is no office attendance, this position involves frequent air travel to client properties as needed. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Texas, Illinois, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, or Tennessee.
    • Able to travel across multiple states.
    • Travel to and touring properties is required.
    • Travel to other markets is required.
    • Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times.
    • Adherence to compliance measures implemented by governing bodies such as but not limited to OSHA & the CDC. Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal precautions, and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.
    • Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
    • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.

    Expected Hours of Work :

    • Typical business hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday, availability for escalations may be needed outside of normal business hours.

    Travel :

    • Up to 100% of the time.
    • Minimal travel may be required for business functions, team training, and cultural events.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary range for this role is $50,000.
    • Eligibility for Bonus(es), dependent on role/department.
