Part-Time Content Creator

Location: On-site Travel: Required to office location in Pleasant Grove or specified destinations for filming. Reliable transportation required. Type: Part-time (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, plus occasional evening/weekend events Compensation: $12–$15/hour DOE

We’re The Perry Group, Utah’s #1 real estate team, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Content Creator to join our growing creative team.

In this role, you’ll help capture and produce social media-ready video clips using an iPhone and mobile editing tools—specifically CapCut. You’ll work within our creative department to support our team in filming short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

As a content creator, you’ll film content in-office or on-site a specified destination. You’ll be responsible for capturing footage, trimming and organizing clips, and delivering polished short-form videos that can be posted to professional social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Capture Content:

Film on an iPhone during scheduled office hours (meetings, activities, trainings, etc.)

Ensure professional framing, lighting, and sound using mobile accessories (tripod, mic, etc.)

Edit & Prepare Content:

Trim, edit, and caption short-form video clips using CapCut

Apply brand-aligned transitions, effects, and hooks using built-in CapCut tools

Organize and label video files

Export content optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok

Support Events & Occasional Projects:

Capture behind-the-scenes or event coverage outside of normal hours as needed

Follow visual guidelines to showcase our team culture and client experiences

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a natural eye for social content, comfort behind a smartphone camera, and a strong working knowledge of mobile editing—especially in CapCut. You should be personable, punctual, and thrive in a team setting.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Proficient with CapCut mobile editing app (please be prepared to show examples)

Experience filming and editing content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook]

Skilled at capturing vertical video with an iPhone (we provide accessories)

Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail

Reliable transportation to travel to office or filming locations

Friendly, team-oriented personality
