    Nova Hospitality is an industry-innovating hospitality group focused on consulting, management and ownership of progressive restaurants and nightlife venues. Our approach is steeped in experience, collaboration and quality, with properties in Austin that include TenTen, Devil May Care, The Well, LZR and Mayfair - in addition to a number of active and pending consultancies and upcoming homegrown projects. We are seeking an individual with a content creation background, high ideation, experience and active in social media with a focus on TikTok.

    This opportunity is located in Austin, no relocation available

    15- 20 hours a week

    This is a contracted (1099) position

    Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Independently capture, produce, edit engaging video content to promote brands, products, promotions and events
    • Scope of work includes submitting content for review; ensuring brand messaging and identity are aligned
    • Conducting social media marketing research as assigned and monitor community engagement for prompt responses
    • Tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
    • Consistent plan to stay up to date on industry and social media trends content creation experience, especially Instagram and TikTok
    • Willing to experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences
    • Attend weekly meetings with marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and review strategy and goals
    • Content submission by deadlines and schedules communicated

    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable being in front of the camera
    • Proven verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven active social media handles, and content examples that showcase your creative social experience
    • Proven ability to meet deadline and schedules
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Accredited degree, including Bachelor's, Associate, Certification and Diploma or equivalent work history is strongly desired.
    • Must be local to Austin, no relocation available
