Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Write a biweekly column presenting online video media from independent content creators across all social platforms.

• Write a monthly column presenting news on the business of social platforms for independent content creators.

• Write a month column presenting gaming news and updates.

This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Note: Metro Los Angeles and New York City residents are strongly encouraged to apply, but location is not required.

Qualifications

The Content Creator & Gaming intern will cover content creator and gaming-related content for the site as it identifies with and relates to A Hot Set’s target demographic.

The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing about content produced by content creators.

The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing about the business of social platforms and the economics of how content creators earn revenue.

The candidate should possess an aptitude/interest in writing about the business of gaming.

The candidate also should possess critical and intellectual thinking skills to write socially relevant fact-based commentary.
