We are looking for a talented Content Developer to join our team and help craft engaging, high-quality content that strengthens our brand presence.

    Position Overview

    The Content Developer will play a key role in creating compelling written and visual content for HRDelivered’s website, blog, help center, and marketing initiatives. This position requires strong writing skills, creativity, and proficiency with visual content creation tools. The ideal candidate will be able to develop content that is both informative and engaging while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write and edit website content, blog posts, help articles, and marketing materials.
    • Use current templates or develop visually appealing graphics, presentations, and short-form videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce social media content and digital assets.
    • Maintain and update website content to align with SEO best practices.
    • Work with internal teams across other departments to translate complex HR and payroll topics into user-friendly content.
    • Optimize content for engagement, readability, and brand consistency.
    • Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and develop relevant content strategies.

    Tools and Programs:

    • Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365
    • SEO & Web Management: WordPress, Divi, Google Search Console
    • Project Management & Collaboration: Process Street, Todoist

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or creative content development.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content.
    • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
