Our client is a Cleveland, OH based wealth management firm. Their CEO / Founder is an author, a podcaster, and is a regular guest anchor on daily nationally televised financial networks. They are seeking an individual who specializes in content marketing, proficient in Hubspot management as well as YouTube & Social Media.
The Content Marketing Lead is a unique role for someone who likes autonomy and flexibility, but who is also efficient, diligent and attentive to details and deadlines. We are seeking someone who can be strategic as much as proficiently execute on campaign tactics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Hubspot setup and automation to drive growth, engagement, and lead nurturing for their brand:
- Optimize lead segmentation, scoring, and personalization
- Set up automated follow-ups based on engagement (email, SMS, sales outreach)
- Support sales by setting up automated yet personalized follow-ups
- Monitor email engagement, conversion rates, and drop-off points
- Set up HubSpot dashboards for clear performance tracking
- Not just a “button pusher” – must proactively suggest improvements
- Understands long-term relationship-based sales cycles
Leveraging YouTube & Social Media for Content Distribution:
- Develop YouTube content strategies that align with audience preferences and trends
- Optimize videos for discoverability (SEO, tags, titles, descriptions)
- Research trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Develop and/or oversee graphic design elements that enhance potential client engagement
- Track engagement metrics (watch time, CTR, retention) and optimize accordingly
- A/B test thumbnails and titles for higher engagement
- Manage YouTube comments, community posts, and collaborations
Ideal candidate resides in NorthEast Ohio and can work in office at least 3 days / week. Competitive compensation.
