SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Content Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Department by managing and executing a range of administrative tasks, ensuring brand consistency, and improving marketing processes. This role requires versatility, as it involves close collaboration with both the Marketing and Client Development teams to ensure the seamless flow of projects and communications. Responsibilities include finalizing presentations, maintaining brand visuals across channels, and managing essential content-related tasks like publishing articles, posting on social media, and managing email automation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and suggesting process improvements.

Hard Skills
Guru: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
Advanced: Office 365 (Teams, Viva, Planner)
Expert: Social Media Channels – LinkedIn Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Intermediate: Experience with Marketing CRM platforms; preferably MailChimp and Dynamics 365
