    SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

    The Content Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Department by managing and executing a range of administrative tasks, ensuring brand consistency, and improving marketing processes. This role requires versatility, as it involves close collaboration with both the Marketing and Client Development teams to ensure the seamless flow of projects and communications. Responsibilities include finalizing presentations, maintaining brand visuals across channels, and managing essential content-related tasks like publishing articles, posting on social media, and managing email automation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and suggesting process improvements.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Marketing Support : Finalize presentations, prepare reports, and manage documents for marketing initiatives. Ensure brand consistency and design standards in documents (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Brand Consistency : Understand and uphold brand standards across all marketing and client development materials.
    • Project Coordination : Communicate with the marketing and client development teams to ensure alignment and support for campaigns, events, and projects.
    • Process Management : Maintain and organize marketing systems, processes, and workflows, recommending improvements when necessary.
    • Content Management : Oversee tradeshow follow-up, manage triggered email automation, and assist with updating and maintaining marketing collateral.
    • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in a marketing department or agency.
    • Background in healthcare marketing or administration is a plus.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Hard Skills

    • Guru: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency

    • Advanced: Office 365 (Teams, Viva, Planner)

    • Expert: Social Media Channels – LinkedIn Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

    • Intermediate: Experience with Marketing CRM platforms; preferably MailChimp and Dynamics 365

    • Soft Skills

    • Attention to detail and organization skills

    • Ability to contribute individually and collaborate in cross-functional teams

    • Ability to create or gather content and edit for effective messaging

    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

    • Positive attitude and strive for excellence individually and for the team

    • Versatility and excitement for performing a variety of tasks
