    Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Contents Supervisor at Envy Restoration amp; Construction to oversee the inventory, packing, cleaning, and restoration of customers' personal property after fire, water, or other property damage events. The ideal candidate has leadership skills, experience in the restoration or moving industry, and the ability to handle sensitive items with care and professionalism. ****

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise all contents-related operations, including pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back services.
    • Coordinate and lead a team of technicians in the field and warehouse.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer items using inventory software
    • Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, timelines, and expectations.
    • Maintain and organize warehouse storage to ensure proper handling and preservation of contents.
    • Train team members on safety procedures, handling of fragile or valuable items, and use of equipment.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards are met before items are returned.
    • Collaborate with project managers, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Handle special cleaning processes (e.g., deodorization, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.) for contents affected by smoke, mold, or water.
    • Maintain records, track job progress, and provide reports as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
    • 2+ years of experience in the restoration, moving, or warehousing industry.
    • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
    • Working knowledge of inventory and contents software.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Preferred Qualifications (not required):

    • IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) or Contents Processing.
    • Experience with contents management software such as Encircle, XactContents, or similar.
    • Bilingual a plus.
