    Job Description:

    Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding their belongings and any concerns they may have.

    Take a comprehensive digital inventory of all items impacted by the damage.

    Carefully pack, label, and organize items to ensure their safety and easy identification.

    Safely wrap furniture and other large items to prevent damage.

    Use dollies and proper lifting techniques to move furniture and boxes from the customer's home into company vehicles, and transport them from the job site to our warehouse facility

    Manage the safe storage and organization of items within our warehouse facility.

    Execute the return of items to the customer's home upon the completion of reconstruction.

    Adhere to all safety and SERVPRO® production guidelines to ensure a safe and effective work environment.

    Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Providing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude

    • Truck Operations: Being able to drive large trucks is preferred

    • Moving: Heavy and light lifting of all household items from client locations (ie couches, chairs, beds, boxes, appliances, TVs, yard and garage items, exercise equipment, and many other items that our clients ask)

    • Be able to make basic logistical decisions (salvage vs non salvage, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, etc)

    • Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings

    Qualifications:

    Effective oral communication

    High school diploma/GED

    Valid drivers license

    Bi- Lingual is a plus

    Must have lead/ supervisorial experience

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

    Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,

    Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

    Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
