Continuous Improvement Manager

What You’ll Do
· Lead Lean Initiatives: Take their basic Lean program to the next level by implementing impactful, hands-on improvement strategies like Kaizen events and Gemba walks.
· Drive Change Through Influence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with employees at all levels to achieve results.
· Be the Problem Solver: Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
· Stay on the Shop Floor: Roll up your sleeves and work alongside teams to truly understand challenges and opportunities.
· Prepare for Leadership: Gain experience and visibility that positions you for a Plant Manager role within a few years.
What They’re Looking For
· Experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing (any industry), with hands-on involvement in Lean/Continuous Improvement.
· Leadership by Influence: Ability to inspire and drive change without direct reports.
· Communication & Analytics: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
· Growth-Oriented: A leader with the ambition to step into higher responsibilities.
· Local Presence: Prefer candidates local to the area or are willing to relocate.
