    Job Description

    This is a hybrid internship with 2-3 days/week in the Salt Lake City site for Summer 2025.

    We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team in Salt Lake City. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals in our organization.

    • Assist in identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities across different departments
    • Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement projects
    • Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
    • Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis sessions
    • Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness
    • Prepare and present progress reports on assigned projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and implement solutions
    • Help develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required
    • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization is preferred
