• Resolve problems logically and effectively

This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Leadership Team and reports to the Plant Manager.

Required experience:

· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior level CI, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of organization to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
