Other:

• Must have 5+ years in a Continuous Improvement Management or leadership position preferably in the automotive industry 
• Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt Preferred with Engineering degree
• Experience working on plant floor working with Manufacturing Systems, SOPs, ISO Standards, JIT Production, Six Sigma, as well as Kaizen leadership preferred.
• Relocation offered / must be open to relocation to be considered for this position
