Qualifications
- BA or BS preferred in Engineering or Supply Chain Management and minimum 5 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or bottling environment for CPG
- Prior experience in global business settings with a proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects
- Strong project management skills with experience in implementing and/or improving manufacturing execution systems and data analysis to drive overall equipment effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices
- Passion for creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business
- Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly at all levels of an organization
- High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Visio
- Knowledge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Six Sigma (DMAIC) to achieve improved business results.
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual who can function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills with proven data visualization skills
- EIT manufacturing execution system and Oracle ERP experience a plus
Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
