This person will spearhead the development, implementation, and sustainability of innovative process improvement initiatives for the organization.  This position is critical to the organization and will have a direct impact across all functions of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively contribute to building a strong continuous improvement culture from the ground up.
• Successful track record of driving quantifiable cost out initiatives and improvements in quality and safety.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related. information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces different perspectives and ideas.
• Critical thinking, calm under pressure and execution-oriented.
