    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Assessing and analyzing current manufacturing processes to find opportunities for improvement
    • Conducting time studies to enhance production workflows
    • Reviewing production metrics and key performance indicators to measure success and uncover new possibilities
    • Developing and maintaining clear, accurate documentation for improved processes, such as Standard Work Instructions and Operating Procedures
    • Partnering with teams to optimize production flow and supply chain activities
    • Performing root cause analyses and implementing solutions for recurring challenges
    • Leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S practices and standard work processes
    • Identifying, communicating, and executing improvement opportunities to achieve operational best practices

    What You Bring to the Team:

    • Education & Experience:
      • Associate's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required
      • 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing setting
    • Technical Skills: * Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO Standards is a plus * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables and charts * Experience with ERP systems and data analysis for manufacturing environments
    • Soft Skills: * Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication, effective at all organizational levels * Ability to build and maintain productive team relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration
    • Personal Traits: * Adaptable, dependable, and highly motivated to achieve goals * Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced workplace

    Physical & Environmental Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to oils, noise, and varying temperatures
    • Capability to safely handle repetitive movements, fine motor tasks, and data entry

    Work Schedule:

    • Full-time position, standard 8-hour shifts
