ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Own full recruitment cycle from interview, pre-employment screening background & drug test, to new hire day one.
· Facilitate on-site drug test in results interpretation and recording.
· Manage pipeline of candidates in ATS that may also include building pipeline through referrals and community interactions.
· Monitor and leverage social media outlets to build pipelines, announce job positions, and build Global brand.
· Attract talent with the use of networking, branding, and the art of selling.
· Source applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates and extends offers letters
· Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
· Consult with Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
· Commit to and meet hiring needs in the organization.
· Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
· All other duties assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum High School Diploma/equivalent required
· Prefers a minimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting/staffing agency experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
· Experience working with any ATS (SAP preferred)
· Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
· Ability to work onsite in Henderson, NC.
