RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively listen to customers to understand concerns Provide information about their current plans & products Identify & position new solutions and services that align with their needs Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
A USB wired headset with noise canceling microphone (gaming or 3.5mm plug-in headsets are not compatible) 18+ years & high school diploma/GED Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette Training is onsite in Boise, ID After Completion of Full-Time Training, Part-Time hours can be accommodated BENEFITS & PERKS:
