    TITLE: Contracts Administrator

    TYPE: CONTRACT-TO-HIRE (Converts to permanent position after 6 months with full health benefits, PTO, pension eligibility, and other perks)

    COMPENSATION: $29- $31/hr

    LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, CA (near DTLA)

    WORK MODEL: Onsite, M-F 8am - 5pm

    COMPANY

    Our client is a reputable Union with a strong presence in Los Angeles, and they are looking to hire a Contracts Administrator for their growing contracts division. The Contracts Administrator will provide analysis and management support for employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.

    RESPONSBILITIES

    • Support in creating correspondences, reviewing contracts, updating internal systems.

    • Update managements on contracts, document reviews, and will handle contract implementation.

    • Making outgoing calls to Representative and Members upon request

    • Prepare and provide documents, reports, presentations, and information in an efficient and timely manner.

    • Review existing contracts and advise management on the contract rules.

    • Assisting in Member contact and follow up retaining to issues/projects

    • Organizing, filing, and maintaining documents

    • Review current contract systems and processes and recommend improvements to streamline processes and improve functionality.

    • Edit, proof documents were written by staff members. This includes letters, contracts, and forms. Etc.

    • Set up and maintenance of projects files (both hardcopy and electronic).

    • Scanning and copying documents.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of experience with Employment or Labor Law, contract/document reviews, and/or working with employment contracts is ideal.

    • Bachelors in HR/Law/Business or professional experience within Labor Law is preferred

    • Professional experience drafting legal correspondence, reviewing, redlining is required.
