  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and design high-level communication materials and presentations for senior leadership.

    • Assist in the creation of marketing assets to increase brand visibility, including company brochures, videos, website content, and standard presentations.

    • Provide senior management with regular updates on business opportunities and track relevant legislation impacting the organization.

    • Take responsibility for managing projects related to the 2030 Business Plan and other strategic initiatives.

    • Oversee the translation of company documents to meet regional requirements and ensure clear communication across geographies.

    • Plan and coordinate both internal and external company events, ensuring successful execution.

    • Organize and manage company initiatives such as Technical Shows, Groundbreaking ceremonies, afforestation projects, and community outreach programs.

    • Administer the internal approval process (RFA), ensuring compliance and making necessary updates to policies or procedures as needed.

    • Oversee the management of company-wide subscriptions and memberships.

    • Champion process improvements by actively contributing to continuous optimization efforts.

    • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, flexible environment, where teamwork and adaptability are key to both individual and organizational success.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

    • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

    • Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2016 is a must.

    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.

    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Japanese, or French) is an advantage.
