    Job Description:

    2. Contract Development: Draft, review, and finalize contract documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the oil industry. Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal considerations.

    3. Contract Administration: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, including contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. Maintain comprehensive contract records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

    4. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual agreements, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and supply chain disruptions. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.

    5. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and address issues proactively. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations.

    6. Compliance Oversight: Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement measures to address compliance issues and mitigate legal and financial risks.

    7. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze contract performance metrics, such as delivery schedules, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement measures to enhance contract effectiveness and efficiency.

    8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, finance, and legal, to coordinate contract activities and support business objectives. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in contract management or a related discipline is preferred.

    · Proven experience in contract management within the oil industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, pricing models, and market dynamics.

    · Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex contractual terms and financial implications.

    · Knowledge of contract management best practices, legal principles, and compliance requirements.

    · Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
