    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and hyper-organized production operations specialist who can be relied on to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple ongoing game trailer productions and game-centric videos that blend the dynamic IPs of Snail Games USA with the high-quality narrative storytelling of Interactive Films. This specialist will be leading coordination, logistics, creative, communications, and administrative efforts to ensure seamless output between domestic and overseas teams that meets deadlines and budgets, while also succeeding in advertising upcoming game releases in cinematic and engaging formats.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game trailer production with specific expertise in open world, adventure, and survival-focused projects.

    A thorough understanding of the entertainment industry, as well as experience in managing production timelines, budgets, and personnel is required. The ability to think strategically, communicate efficiently, and manage many moving parts is a necessity. Deep knowledge and passion for optimizing video games with AI across the global market is a plus.

    Candidates who are bilingual in Chinese/English are preferred, however, this is not a requirement.

    This position will report directly to Interactive Films’ Content Director and will be an onsite full-time role at our Beverly Hills office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Track and manage all moving parts across a multi-project slate, acting as project manager for each trailer and video production, while keeping the Executive Producer and Executives informed of progress, updates, and changes.
    • Work in partnership with varied teams including game development, AI, production and more, taking responsibility for facilitating the creation, tracking, and transfer of relevant information and materials across individuals and divisions.
    • Handle logistics around payments, invoices, and how these impact bottom line budget. Compare against presented deliverables to ensure efficient compensation, and prompt follow-up if deadlines are not met.
    • Run point on scheduling, showcasing comfortability in holding to and revising timelines as needed, all without deterrent to quarter-end and year-end goals.
    • Implement organizational to ensure consistency and quality is met across trailers, videos, locations, departments, talent, and partners.
    • Provide additional creative, logistical, and administrative support to both the Interactive Films and game development teams in varying ways including, but not limited to, providing creative input, administering feedback, and coordinating touchpoints between all collaborating partners.
    • The responsibilities are not limited to the above, and other duties can be assigned as needed

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years as a game trailer production coordinator, preferably within the digital entertainment or AAA industry.
    • Proven expertise working on multiple released trailers, with the ability to link to specific end results and present a portfolio.
    • Exceptional project manager: highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, with a track record of successful leadership and high-quality end results.
    • Solutions-oriented with the ability to think quickly and present innovative alternatives if issues arise.
    • Ability to provide thoughtful feedback on communications, scripts, outlines, cuts, trailers, and drafts at all stages.
    • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and creating, managing, and holding others accountable to timelines.
    • Must have thorough understanding and appreciation for the potential of leveraging AI within the game trailer space.
