    Job Description

    BryceTech is currently seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, experience working with federal agencies, and a deep understanding of technical program management in research, development, test and/or evaluation. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The incumbent will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the workforce assessment project within the agency.

    The person in this role will:

    • The PM shall work through the COR to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services
    • Ensures that required deliverables are accurate and provided to the customer within the specified time requirements per the contract.
    • Provides strategic direction, vision, leadership, and program management supervision and counsel to BryceTech’s contract award management team
    • Maintain regular communication with the client and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating with all stakeholders and program members
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10 years of experience in a combination of research, development, test, or evaluation organizations
    • Must have 5 years of experience in program management in a technical environment
    • Must have demonstrated experience leading large teams of 30+
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
    • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Proven ability to work in a team-based environment working cross-departmentally to complete projects as needed
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions.
    • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and reason strategically.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines are essential.
