Contract Quality Assurance Analyst

MUST be local to New York City. Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsite

Seeking a QA Analyst to join the COO Office of a global Corporate & Investment Bank, supporting key technology transformation initiatives.

Key Details:

• Skills: Data discrepancy detection, UAT, 75% Manual / 25% Automated, Banking systems (Risk Assessment, Basel, Salesforce-based OneBank), test strategy development.
• Location: New York City (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week).
• Experience: 5+ years in QA (Mid-Senior level).
• Interview Process: Timed 1-hour test (limit/boundary testing), video interview, final round in person.
• Preference: Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop manual and automated test plans/scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing with business stakeholders.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Work closely with IT, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure testability of requirements.
• Manage defects in Jira and execute regression testing before release.
• Utilize Selenium, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Java for automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in banking system implementations or change management systems.
• BA degree preferred.
• Strong Excel & SQL skills a plus.
