    Job Description

    The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will be part of McDonald’s Global Talent Attraction team. Specifically helping our Talent Attraction Managers with Project administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment support of administrative tasks such as attend weekly/daily touch points with vendors, keep trackers updated and Schedule meetings
    • Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team
    • partner with stakeholders to obtain accurate information for job postings
    • Participating in various projects on an as-needed basis
    • Creating strong partnerships within the TA team and other internal departments.
    • Implement a white glove experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
    • Trouble shoot issues with recruiting strategies.
    • Fill out vendor demand plan from internal confidential information

    The expected salary range for this role is $25 ** ** $25 HR ** __**

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
    • Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
    • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    This is a 6–9 month contract
