    Zantech is looking for a talented Contract Support Services Specialist to provide acquisition management support services our Federal Client, the DHS/CBP Cargo Systems Program Directorate (CSPD), focused on cargo systems applications.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    Contract Management

    • Support receipt and distribution of proposals to Business Managers and sub-CORs as directed by the Contracting Officer (CO)
    • Assist in preparing Task Orders (TOs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and Purchase Orders (POs)
    • Assist in preparing modifications to TOs, DOs, and POs
    • Review contractor notifications and requests for consent to subcontract
    • Act as liaison with CBP business management personnel

    Contract Administration

    • Assist in monitoring and tracking invoice payment schedules
    • Process incoming invoices for COR review and approval, ensuring compliance with the Prompt Payment Act
    • Support the COR in meetings with government and contractor personnel on invoicing issues
    • Maintain TO/DO/PO databases for modifications and award fees
    • Assist COR in receiving and forwarding deliverables to Configuration Management
    • Help prepare Deliverable Response Letters
    • Support contract/TO closeout, reports, and artifacts
    • Monitor, track, and maintain contract files and correspondence

    Deliverables

    • Kick-off Meeting Briefing with staffing identification (within 5 business days after award)
    • Monthly Status Reports (due by the 10th of each following month)

    Required Knowledge and Experience

    • Federal and agency laws, regulations, and procedures applicable to the acquisition process
    • Various contract types including Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Type, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Fixed-Price contracts
    • Experience with complex contract requirements including innovative acquisition techniques, streamlining capabilities, source selection expertise, risk management, and best practices

    Security Requirements

    • Active Secret Clearance or Higher, must have a favorable adjudication for background investigation (T4 or T5)
    • Completion of required security and IT training
    • Adherence to DHS and CBP security protocols and non-disclosure requirements
